Paruresis (Shy Bladder) kept me trapped for 15 years. Now I'm free

Today, I guide others, through online Paruresis coaching, and through support around Ayahuasca ceremonies in Pisac, Peru.
Start here: read my story
I wrote about my journey, my way to freedom.
“Liberated Waters” is my raw journey from shame to self‑acceptance, and the beginning of how I now guide others through coaching, and ceremony support in Peru.
Whether you suffer from an anxiety disorder, are interested in experiencing plant medicine or neither:
I believe it's worth the read in all cases.
Get the full story of my journey of developing & recovering from an anxiety disorder called Paruresis:
Paruresis (Shy Bladder) is a social anxiety disorder that makes it difficult or impossible to urinate in public restrooms or anywhere with people nearby. People with shy bladder avoid using toilets that aren’t in their homes. Untreated, this condition can lead to urinary problems and difficulties in all aspects of daily life.
My journey led me to two ways of serving others:
Paruresis Coaching
My coaching is built on my journey of overcoming severe Paruresis. I offer a unique, proven path for this specific anxiety, and I've found the same framework is transformative for anyone struggling with the weight of social anxiety.
Ayahuasca Ceremony Support
My personal healing path led me to a five-year immersion in plant medicine in Peru. I've since trained with and supported experienced guides. While my primary focus is anxiety coaching, this allows me to also offer guided Ayahuasca support here in Pisac, Peru.

About Tim
"My name is Tim. I spent much of my life in the prison of a specific social anxiety, Paruresis (Shy Bladder). I experienced how anxiety dictated my every move and how deep shame kept me there.
My journey to freedom, which involved plant medicine and deep internal work, revealed that the core solution, radical self-acceptance, is universal."
